Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Little Learners Lab Preschool. By enrolling your child and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1 Eligibility: Children must meet the age requirements for the specific programs offered. Proof of age and immunization records(optional) are required at the time of registration.

1.2 Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is due upon enrollment to secure your child’s spot.

1.3 Documentation: Parents or guardians must complete all required forms, including emergency contact information, medical forms, and any applicable consent forms.

2. Tuition and Payment Policies

2.1 Tuition Fees: Fees must be paid in advance according to the selected payment plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Late payments may incur additional fees.

2.2 Refunds: Tuition fees are non-refundable except in cases of extended school closures beyond our control. Refunds for withdrawal will follow our Withdrawal Policy (see Section 3).

2.3 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Google Pay, bank transfer, Cash.

3. Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Notice Period: A minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice is required for withdrawal from the program.

3.2 Mid-Term Withdrawal: Refunds for mid-term withdrawal are subject to review and will only be issued for exceptional circumstances.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Immunizations: All children must have up-to-date immunizations unless a medical exemption is provided.

4.2 Illness Policy: Children showing signs of contagious illness (e.g., fever, vomiting, or rash) must remain at home. A child may return to school after being symptom-free for 24 hours or with a doctor’s note.

4.3 Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, parents will be contacted immediately. If parents cannot be reached, the emergency contact listed on the child’s registration form will be notified.

4.4 Medication: We will administer medication only with prior written consent and instructions provided by the parent or guardian.

5. Behavioral Policies

5.1 Positive Discipline: Little Learners Lab follows a positive discipline approach, focusing on redirection, encouragement, and teaching appropriate behaviors.

5.2 Code of Conduct: Parents and children are expected to uphold a respectful and inclusive environment. Aggressive behavior, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated.

6. Flexible Scheduling

6.1 Schedule Changes: Changes to your child’s schedule must be requested in writing at least 10 days in advance. Approval is subject to availability.

6.2 Missed Days: Tuition fees are not adjusted for absences due to vacations, illness, or other personal reasons.

7. School Closures and Holidays

7.1 Holidays: Little Learners Lab will be closed on public holidays and select school breaks. A calendar of closures will be provided at the start of each school year.

7.2 Emergency Closures: In the event of unforeseen closures (e.g., severe weather or emergencies), parents will be notified as soon as possible.

8. Photo and Media Consent

8.1 Media Usage: With parental consent, photos and videos of children may be used for promotional or educational purposes. Consent forms will be provided during enrollment.

8.2 Opt-Out: Parents who do not wish their child’s image to be used must notify the school in writing.

9. Liability

9.1 Limited Liability: Little Learners Lab is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Parents are advised to label all items.

9.2 Indemnification: By enrolling your child, you agree to release and indemnify Little Learners Lab from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

10.1 Changes: Little Learners Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes in writing.
